At The Depot our sole aim is to deliver you an awesome airsoft experience, and in order to do this we need to collect some of your personal data to interact with you, book you in and also keep you safe during your experience.

We, and the technology partners we carefully select to work with, respect and take the utmost care with your data and this policy looks to outline what we use your data for and the steps we take to keep it safe. Rest assured – we only keep what we need in order to administer your experience, and we never sell your data to anyone.

Website Cookies

Some cookies collect information about browsing and purchasing behaviour when you access our website via the same computer or device.

This includes information about pages viewed, products purchased and your journey around the website.

We can use cookies to monitor your browsing and purchasing behaviour.

This information is collected and securely stored for the sole purposes of responding to your enquiry.

This information is never sold or shared with anyone else.

You are not added to a mailing list and we routinely delete all held information once a reasonable time has passed after your enquiry has been resolved.

If you do agree to your information being used in this way we recommend you will not be able to use this form.

Types of Data our trusted partners collect

Ticket Tailor

The Depot only sells tickets online via Ticket Tailor and as a result your data is handled by them in accordance to their terms & conditions.

The Depot collects (via Ticket Tailor) and retains the minimum amount of information required to process your order and facilitate your attendance on site.

Your information is held securely for game administration and accounting purposes only and is not shared with or sold to any other third party for any other purpose.

If you do not consent to this policy you will be unable to play at The Depot as we do not offer an alternative method of booking, and pre-booking is mandatory for all attendees.

PayPal

When you make a payment online with us, it is handled by PayPal.

All your payment information is collected, stored and processed by PayPal and as a result is subject exclusively to their terms & conditions.

We do not receive, store or otherwise handle your payment information.

An account is not required with PayPal for the purposes of making payment, but one can be used if you opt to do so.

If you do not accept these conditions you will be unable to play at The Depot as PayPal act as our sole payment handler.

Google Forms

Annual Waiver Declaration forms are collected online and securely stored by Google Forms for the purpose of administering the site, and recording your personal acceptance of our rules and willingness to accept the dangers of playing airsoft.

This information would only be shared with authorised parties (Primarily the Police, and/or our Insurer) in the event of an incident and/or claim.

In this event you would be notified of the need to share this information with them.

If you do not consent to this policy you will not be able to play at The Depot as this is a condition of playing with us.

Facebook

In addition to using our website, you can, if you wish to do so, interact with our content and message us via Facebook.

If you choose to do so account creation, and data handling is handled by Facebook according to Meta’s Terms of Service.
