Why did you change the process?

To make it more efficient for everyone – it now takes less time to fill in, saves paper, ink, storage, hassle. Its just better!

Is my current paper form still valid?

Paper Declarations received within the last 12 months remain valid as before – you just need to fill in a digital form next time.

I’m not sure if my declaration is still valid!

If you haven’t filled in the digital declaration before we recommend you just do that to ‘reset’ things. If you’ve filled one out before, you can search your email.

Can I renew using a paper form anymore?

Going forward we won’t accept paper forms as we’ve phased them out. This keeps us efficient and keeps your data safer.

How do I renew a Digital Declaration?

Two ways – you can either find your confirmation email and click edit response, or if you find it easier you can just fill in a new form.

Can I fill this in for someone else?

Absolutely not, the declaration needs to be completed by all players individually. If you are aged 13-17 there is a section for your Parent/Guardian too.
